Introduction
This set of documents, all of them Policies, regards the basic features of the
Bank's activities that are the most sensitive in terms of compliance.
Some of the subjects regulated by each policy come from older Bank documents.
Others are completely new.
We believe that this text structure (similar to instalments, besides lacking strictly
regulatory contents) makes it easier to replicate, even if adapted, by the international
operations of the Group.
These policies are not the full set of compliance instruments, integrating a system
of sources of which we highlight, besides certain Internal Rules of Procedure,
the Code of Conduct and the Service Order for Financial Intermediation Activities.
