These present regulations govern the working of the Board of Directors of Banco Comercial Português and the rules of conduct of its members, complementing the Bank's Memorandum of Association, the Code of Practice of the Banco Comercial Português Group and the Internal Regulations Concerning Financial Intermediation Business.
