Organization/Structuring Fee: maximum of 0.25%
Management/Monitoring Fee: maximum of 0.25%
Early Refund Fee: maximum up to 0.25%

Mutual Guarantee Societies charge a guarantee fee that will be borne by the beneficiary and will be settled according to the amortization schedule of the operation. This fee is calculated based on the guaranteed amount.

The granting of the mutual guarantee is also contingent upon the acquisition of shares in the Mutual Guarantee Society, amounting to 2% of the guaranteed value.

Interest rate

Maximum spread of up to 4.338%, plus 6-month Euribor.

TAE of 5.914%, calculated based on a TAN of 5.338% – 6-month Euribor (simple arithmetic average of daily quotes from the month prior to the interest counting period, which for this example was the month of April 2024, corresponding to 3.838 %) plus a spread of 1.5%, for financing of €1,000,000 over 72 months, and with monthly installments, including Organization Commission and Management Commission.

TAE (Effective Annual Rate) calculated under the terms of Decree-Law no. 220/94, of August 23rd.
All proposals will be subject to credit risk analysis and decision by Millennium bcp.
