TAE of 7.668% calculated based on a TAN of 5.132% - Euribor 6-month average (simple arithmetic mean of daily quotes from the previous month before the interest calculation period, which for this example was December 2024, corresponding to 2.632%) plus a spread of 2.5%, for a financing of 5 million euros over 5 years with a repayment plan in equal and successive monthly installments of capital, including the Organization Committee, the Management Committee and the Processing Committee of Provision.

The TAE (Effective Annual Rate) was calculated according to Decree-Law No. 220/94 of 23 August.

All proposals will be subject to credit risk analysis and decision by Millennium bcp.

Guarantees

Guarantee from the European Investment Bank (EIB) covering 50% of the financing. We will analyze other guarantees on a case-by-case basis.

Here are all the conditions and details

Term

The minimum term is 12 months for Mid-Caps and the maximum term is 120 months. For public sector Companies the maximum term is 60 months.

Capital grace period

Minimum of 12 months and maximum of 24.

Interest rate

Negotiable spread, plus the Euribor 180-day.

EIB Guarantee commission: According to the risk and term of financing

Other commissions: The commissions price list applicable to the product involved in the operation, as detailed in the Millennium bcp price list.
