TAE of 5.241% calculated based on a TAN of 4.000% - 6-Month Euribor (simple arithmetic average of the daily prices of the month prior to the interest calculation period, which for this example was the month of May 2022, corresponding to -0.144% which, as it is negative, is considered to be raised to 0.000%) plus a spread of 4%, for a 1-year Financing of 50 thousand Euros and with monthly interest payments and repayment of the principal at the end of the contracted term, including the Organization Commission and the Payment Processing Commission.

The TAE (Effective Annual Rate) was calculated according to Decree-Law No. 220/94 of 23 August.

All proposals will be subject to analysis and credit risk decision by Millennium bcp.

The beneficiaries must simultaneously comply with the following conditions:

Ensure there are no unjustified incidents or non-compliance within the banking sector;

Hold an account at Millennium bcp or open one by the financing contract date.

Financing

Here are all the conditions and details

Term

Loan granted for a maximum term of 1 year (12 months).

Maximum advance limit

The amount receivable from IFAP is determined by the risk analysis with a maximum limit of 90%.

Use of financing

The full loan amount is disbursed in a single tranche upon taking out the loan.

Capital refunding

The refunding will preferably occur as a lump-sum payment of the principal at the end of the contract term, along with monthly interest payments. Other payment methods or periods can be negotiated based on the risk analysis.

You can advance the refunding depending on the date of receipt of the aid paid by IFAP.

Guarantees

You must receive the IFAP aid at Millennium bcp. We may require other guarantees to which the specific tax regime for each type will be applied.
