Millennium bcp and Bank Millennium have been hailed Best Consumer Digital Banks in Portugal and Poland at the World’s Best Digital Bank Awards 2024, organized by Global Finance magazine. And Millennium bim has been named Best Digital Bank and Best Bank in Mozambique by Euromoney magazine.

These distinctions mark an important milestone for the Millennium group and, most importantly, they are the recognition of the professionalism of our Employees. In Portugal, across all subcategories of the awards, Millennium bcp is also the Portuguese bank with the most distinctions, including Best Information Security and Fraud Management, Best User Experience (UX) Design and Best Social Media Marketing and Services. And Millennium bcp was also recognized in other important categories in Western Europe as a whole, such as Best in Transformation and Best in Open Banking APIs.

The Euromoney jury highlighted, the technological developments undertaken by Millennium bim, which include the Bank's work in transforming its branch network, integrating automated solutions available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, its data protection and security policy for banking operations, as well as its social responsibility actions.

The winners of the World’s Best Digital Bank Awards 2024 were chosen by the editors of Global Finance magazine, based on evaluation criteria that include the quality of digital services to customers, the success of digital offerings in attracting customers, the growth of digital customers, and the design and usability of the website and app.
