Rent payments are monthly, made in advance, and remain fixed for the entire duration of the contract. These payments cover the rental and any contracted services.

However, the amounts for the Insurance premium and deductible, which are passed on to the Customer through the service subscription, may be adjusted during the contract term. This can occur due to revisions by the insurance company or if the Customer’s claims experience warrants it.

Any intention to change the premium and/or deductible will be communicated 30 days in advance. The Customer has the right to terminate this service by notifying LEASYS Mobility Portugal, S.A., and providing proof of contracting alternative insurance, with rights reserved for this company.
