Annual Effective Rate (TAE)
12.464%
TAE calculated based on a TAN (Nominal Annual Rate) of 9.644% - Euribor 6 months (simple arithmetic average of daily quotations from the month prior to the interest calculation period, which in this example was July 2024, corresponding to 3.644%, plus a spread of 6.000%), for a loan of 1,500,000 Euros over 3 years, with 20 subsequent monthly disbursements of 75,000 Euros, with monthly interest payments and repayment in 16 equal monthly principal installments starting from the 21st month.

The TAE (Annual Effective Rate) was calculated in the terms of Decree-Law 220/94, of August 23.

Indexed variable – The interest rate is variable and indexed to the monthly average of the Euribor at 90 or 180 days plus the negotiated spread.

The rates are reviewed every quarter or every six months, and they result from the simple arithmetic average of the daily quotes from the previous month for each interest calculation period, rounded to the nearest thousandth. This rounding is done up when the fourth decimal place is equal to or greater than five, and down when it is less than five.
