Millennium bcp was once again awarded at the 13th edition of the Euronext Lisbon Awards 2024, an event that distinguishes issuers, financial intermediaries, other institutions and people who excelled in the capital market in 2023. In this edition, we were distinguished with three awards:

The Local Market Member Equity award distinguishes the member with the highest value traded on Euronext Lisbon, in the securities identified in the Shares category.
This award reflects the distinctive and differentiating value of the offer we have made available to our customers by recognizing the importance of the stock exchange business as an essential element in defining investors' investment strategies.
Customers have responded affirmatively to the evolution of our offer of access to equity markets, increasingly using the MTrader platform as a tool for executing orders and accessing real-time quotes, as well as for consulting informative content that has constituted an important support for investors, both in investment strategies and in contributing to financial literacy. Thanks to Millennium bcp's commitment, MTrader has established itself as the national reference in access to financial markets.

The Structured Finance category distinguishes the member with the highest growth in the securities identified in the Certificates and Warrants categories.

As for the Innovation category, Finance for the Future, Euronext Lisbon Members participated with their products, services, events or other initiatives, that had distinguished themselves in 2023 in the Portuguese capital market for their innovation. Millennium bcp was distinguished in this last category for issuing the new Certificate on Treasury Bonds October 2025 (BCP OT OCT25). Here, Millennium bcp provides liquidity on the exchange to the Certificate, which replicates the behavior of the underlying OT (Treasury Bonds), whose liquidity is greater in the interbank market, thus making this investment also accessible to the end investor. In this way, we once again see the distinctive offer and innovative nature of the Millennium bcp Certificate Program recognized, contributing decisively to Millennium bcp's affirmation in providing robust investment solutions to our customers.
