Everything you need to know
With financing options like leasing or long-term rental, the Customer pays off the full value of the car over the agreement term, assuming the risk of depreciation. Additionally, the Customer must arrange services such as maintenance and insurance, separately.
In contrast, with a rental, the Customer only pays for the use of the car, resulting in lower monthly costs and no depreciation risk. Furthermore, rental typically includes all essential services, such as check-ups and insurance, as part of the package.

You need to use the network of auto shops authorized by the rental company. Using authorized shops ensures that the quality, speed, and cost of repairs are properly guaranteed.

Yes, the monthly rent remains consistent, even if interest rates or the costs of check-ups and repairs change. The rent will only adjust if there are changes to the tax regime (such as VAT) or if the insurance company changes the insurance terms in rentals that include insurance.
The insurance premium and excess amounts may change during the agreement. These changes can occur due to revisions made by the insurance company or if the customer’s accident rate justifies an adjustment.
If a change to the premium or excess is planned, you will be notified 30 days before it takes effect. You have the right to terminate the service and choose a different insurance. If you do so, you must inform LEASYS Mobility Portugal, S.A., ensuring that LEASYS’s rights are protected under the new policy.

*If the kilometers fall outside this range, the conditions specified in the agreement will apply.
