How it works

What to know before subscribing?

Target audience
Intended for Corporate Customers and includes a quantity discount (up to 20%) for enrolling employees and/or their family members in the insurance.
Access conditions
A Customer who has canceled their Médis Light Empresas policy less than a year ago cannot subscribe again, but may reactivate the previous policy.
Usage
Customers can only use the coverage of this insurance with providers belonging to the Médis Light Network and must book their consultations or exams directly with the clinic.

  • Consultations: Primary care and specialist consultations (except psychiatry, which is charged at standard rates);
  • Ultrasounds: Breast ultrasound, gynecological ultrasound, obstetric ultrasound, soft tissue ultrasound, and renal ultrasound;
  • Medical Tests: Glucose, creatinine, urea, total cholesterol, triglycerides, Urine II (basic urine analysis), erythrocyte sedimentation rate;
  • Physiotherapy: Fee per session or per individually billed procedure, including continuous current therapy, high-frequency current, ultrasound therapy, moist heat therapy, respiratory kinesitherapy, manual massage of a single region, hydrotherapy massage, helium-neon laser therapy, cryotherapy, and special kinesitherapy techniques;
  • Other Complementary Diagnostic Methods: Electrocardiogram, audiogram, tympanogram, colposcopy, spirometry, color Doppler ultrasound ("Triplex Scan"), orthopantomography, and mammography.

The amounts indicated represent the maximum payable per procedure, test, or physiotherapy session. All other procedures are charged at standard rates.
