3. You will have to submit as many declarations as there are Financial Intermediaries with which the respective shares are registered;
4. For shares registered with Millennium bcp or Banco ActivoBank, please send your declaration preferably to the e-mail address pmag@millenniumbcp.pt with the subject "Declaration of Intention to Participate in the General Meeting - FI";
5. The declaration can also be sent by post to the following address:
