How it works
What to know before subscribing?
The Médis Corporate Plan is intended for directors or managing partners, executive staff, employees/team members, and their family members.
A minimum of 2 employees is required for the contract subscription. The enrollment of each insured person is subject to review of the Enrollment Form/Medical Questionnaire.
All options may be subscribed up to the age of 70 for the insured person, with no maximum age for coverage continuation.
