Summary Section:
Serves as the "cover" of the document and provides a summary of transactions, broken down by type and channel (automatic or non-automatic), including:
- number of transactions carried out in the period;
- total net commission amount;
- type and total amount of taxes;
- and any pricing discounts applicable to the Customer.
Detail Section:
Provides a detailed breakdown of all transactions that make up the information presented in the summary section.
Aggregated Debit Note:
- Is issued with the same frequency agreed for the aggregation period (standard: monthly);
- is produced as a single document, even when the contract includes multiple accounts, meaning commissions and charges from several current accounts can be aggregated and debited to a single account;
- includes a description of the transactions included in each debit, clearly identifying their origin to facilitate reconciliation;
- may be issued in a foreign language (English or Spanish).
