When and how is it available?

To make a currency transfer between accounts held by the same account holder, go to “Payments > Transfers > Same Holder – Foreign Currency”

Instant or BCP Exchange
This service is available on business days, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Transfers must be placed and authorized on the same day they are to be executed. If not authorized by 5:00 p.m., they will be automatically canceled.
Fixing Exchange
This service is available on business days, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Transfers must be placed and authorized on the same day they are to be executed. If not authorized by 12:30 p.m., they will be automatically canceled.
Negotiated Exchanges (spot or forward)
This service is available on business days, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Transfers must be placed and authorized on the same day they are to be executed. If not authorized by 7:00 p.m., they will be automatically canceled.
