Frequently asked questions about transfers

Select the option "Transfers> Western Union > Send" and indicate the amount you want to transfer. Then, take note of the MTCN code that you will receive in your inbox right after making the operation. The payment will be made by debiting your current account.

Inform the beneficiary of the MTCN code. To withdraw the transferred amount at any W.U. branch, the beneficiary must present this code and the ID document. Alternatively, you can also indicate the code word, which does not require an ID document to withdraw the amount.

Select the option "Transfers > Western Union > Receive" and enter the account where you want the transfer to be credited and the MTCN code.
